Tobi Style: Just Rompin' Around

I don't know about you, but I practically live in rompers once it's warm outside! Dress 'em up, dress 'em down - they're great for hanging out or going out! I wore this Diem Skort Romper from Tobi while shopping in Houston! It worked out well for shopping and then hitting happy hour for drinks after!

Tobi Style: Laidback Jumpsuit

While it's the off season in Vail, I've been doing a lot of traveling. I was in New Mexico a few weeks ago visiting with family and last week one of my friends and I road tripped to Houston! All of these long car rides and flights require a comfortable and stylish outfit! The Chillax Draped Tank Jumpsuit from Tobi is literally perfect for travel!

Tobi Style: Bow Ties & Dresses

Now that it's the off season in Vail, I've had more time to get back into fashion blogging and, of course, scouring out some new online boutiques. Recently, I discovered Tobi and have fallen in LOVE!

First Quarter Check In: 2016 Goals

Read at least one book per month. I've been doing really well with this goal so far! I kicked off the year with 'Secrets of a Six Figure Woman,' followed by 'Strengths 2.0' and 'Total Money Makeover.' In March I read 'Habits: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business.' Currently, I'm reading 'David and Goliath.' These books have certainly been educational and beneficial reads to reinforce other goals for the year.

Travel to one new country. I haven't been able to escape Vail as of yet, but I do have some travel plans in the making for later this year.

Visit 3 National Parks. I haven't visited any yet, but I am going to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks later this month for some spring hiking and am hoping to get Sequoia, Yellowstone, Zion, Yosemite, and Grand Canyon National Parks in this year.

Pay off all credit card debt. One credit card down, two to go! I have one more payment to make on one of those two, too, so I am making good progress on this goal.

Save at least $2000. I plan to start saving as soon as all credit card debt is paid off!

Focus on learning one new skill per month. This one has been a little difficult with how busy work was this winter season, but I was able to start some coding classes in the meantime through Codacademy!

Create a resume website and professional blog. I haven't started this one yet, but hopefully with more free time on my hands, this one will be in the works.

Summit a 14,000 ft mountain. My friends and I have a similar goal on this one so this will definitely be accomplished at some point this summer.

Snowboard down a green run (other than the bunny hills).
ACCOMPLISHED!!! I also went from the top of the mountain, to the edge of the back bowls, and snowboarded all the way down to the base! It was excruciating and overwhelming, but I'm so glad I accomplished this goal. All the lessons and hardwork paid off. I see why people are so passionate and addicted to snowboarding and skiing!

Blog 2-3 times per week.
So far this has been a total fail, but I'm not giving up on this goal!

How are you doing on your 2016 goals so far?

With Love,
